How does Lockbox LIMS lab workflow management system work?
You can use Lockbox LIMS for all of your lab’s workflows and protocols, no matter how simple or complex! You will start by writing each step within the procedure and then configure data collection fields to store all the information you collect during testing. From there automations can be used to track inventory consumption and creation during protocol execution and to track the status of samples undergoing testing. Furthermore, Lockbox LIMS helps prevent errors during testing by automating sample processing calculations and alerting users when quality control standards are not met.
Does Lockbox LIMS work for plated samples and batches?
Yes! Samples can be added to any plate configuration (6,12,24…96,384 wells etc.) using Lockbox LIMS Plate Map feature. Samples can also be added to a batch and tested together.
Can Lockbox LIMS help in managing NGS workflows?
